Mining 360 Services is committed to providing high-quality consulting services, mine planning reports, drone 3D topographical data, and technical training.

Deliverables & Distribution

All digital consulting deliverables, reports, mine closure plans, and CAD/SURPAC files are delivered via secure digital transfer or direct physical handover as outlined in individual project proposals.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized and statutory nature of mining consulting and engineering reports:

• Consulting retainers and statutory study fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Training course enrollments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to session start without penalty.
• In the event of project cancellation before work commences, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
